Being a diving and cliff diving enthusiast and a diver myself, together with my colleagues I have developed a multi-benefit sports method aimed at prevention, functional improvement and therapy implementation in sports routines.
Following our experience in different sports, we devote ourselves to studying each specific discipline to support both emerging and professional athletes in their careers.
